“Je voulais te féliciter pour la commande des voitures du Japon vers la RDC/Afrique. Dans l’ensemble ça s’est très bien passé, merci pour le travail. Il y a juste quelques petits points à améliorer : 1. Confirmation paiement : Dès que vous recevez l’argent à la banque au Japon, envoyez directement la confirmation au client. Ça rassure beaucoup. 2. Communication : Soyez courtois et rapides à répondre aux messages des clients. 3. Planning : Donnez le programme directement dès que possible quand une voiture est commandée. Je sais que des fois le programme change, c’est normal, mais prévenir à l’avance aide. Merci encore pour tout le travail. On continue à bien faire et à s’améliorer ensemble 👏”

“Excellent service. I am a very satisfied customer. Car arrived in the exact condition it was advertised. My wife likes the ride I bought for her. Delivery was very good too. Car was delivered two weeks before expectation time. Wow!!! 😮 😮 Looking forward to doing more business with this company.
