Carpenter solicitors have been dealing with my ckaim for over 2yrs at first they were very slow and I put my first complaint in and I got a response and a agreement was set up that I would get a update every month but that has gone by the wayside,I've sent numerous emails in and never get a reply, this is totally unacceptable, they don't update to tell what progress has been made,all I want is a explanation
