Absolutely despicable company. Had accident back in July. Ended up with a claim handler called Ben King. Get an email every few months asking for information I have already submitted 3 times. No updates, no contact, despite emailing several times a week over last few months still no replies or updates. I'll now look at taking this further and look in to a governing body or ombudsman to start a complaints procedure. If you have an accident and your insurance company instructs Carpenters Group then refuse, you will not get updates, no one will call you, you will be on the phone for hours and never speak to anyone you need to. Absolutely joke of a firm, as of today still waiting for an update, no further forward then I was on December 12. Choose any other firm then these. I'll leave a similar review on Trust Pilot to warn more people of this firm and its employees. All this does is add stress to an already stressful experience.
