If I could give less stars than one, I would. Carpenters are a shambles of a company. They've lied to me, and for the last 15 months I've been told nothing but lies. And that's only when they decide to actually answer the phone. I've been on hold for up to 40 minutes each time I've called. And although my claim was settled last year. I'm still waiting for them to let me know what to do next.
Incompetent, untrustworthy, lying sacks of s**t.
