Tearable service 2years of mistakes data protection breached, miss communication or NO communication. Failing to keep me informed, not following up on appointments and reports. Internal complaints a sham keped all under the table. Complaint about a case handler (Ben King) then the person who dealt with the complaint is the person who im complaining about. Shocking service.
