Very slow DO NOT USE THIS FIRM
Very slow and inefficient over all details eg the latest
On 27/01 /25 I rang my named lawyer, as to latest delay, I could not get through and waited on and off for an hour while Becky and Helen spoke to colleagues, at the end they said they were waiting for medical reports from my gp.
I rang my gp surgery and was, details had been sent on 20/01/25 .
You can never speak to your named lawyer.
