CONTACT YOUR LOCAL COUNCIL - GET THESE STORES CLOSED.
People can only leave there homes for work, exercise and "essential shopping". Why do they think they can get away with opening there stores..they are not a hardware store. It is contravening the government rules. Money grabbing idiots.
