Amazing customer service received at Carpetright Basildon. I was reviewing another company and wondered what Carpetright's reviews were like (as I purchased from them recently) and I was shocked when I saw the low score.... I've never had a bad experience at the store in Basildon even when things went astray the staff went above and beyond to help me get the situation resolved. My most recent experience I dealt with the store manager I cant remember her name and a lovely young chap named Paul both made the experience pleasant and so easy... 100% would recommend them to anyone
