arpetright, destroyed our stairs and have now ghosted us. From start to finish this entire process took a year. They were more than happy to take our money, lose our carpet twice, cut it incorrectly and then send out a different fitter every single time they attempted to fit it. We are now having to pay another carpet company to come and fix all the issues Carpetright left us with. Don’t believe me? Look at the attached pictures. The carpet is coming away, fraying and stairs have been smashed in. Carpetright will most likely respond to this comment asking us to contact them. We have done.
