Seems regardless of promises to refund from customer service nothing is actioned.
The original order 20th of April as Carpetright failed to deliver and couldn't offer a definitive date we cancelled the order on the 10th May. Promised a quick refund its now 2nd of June and no sign of a refund.
Please be aware they will take payment happily refunds they appear to have issues with.
Bishop Auckland branch the branch manager seemed to want to get back to his wife who was having lunch break in the store .
