Bodmin, Cornwall branch. Told carpet would be delivered & fitted between 10-10.30 am, rang at noon to be told fitter on another job would be there in 20mins. Had phone call later to say would not be there until after 2.30pm as mix up with work sheets !!!!!! Took delivery of a bed that morning which should have been AFTER carpet down.
Carpet right did not seem to care. Very poor service - would not go again.
Still waiting for carpet & fitter
