Unfortunately Carpetright were not willing to help rectify the carpet problems in any way. It was suggested that the carpet had come away from the grippers because the suction of the vacuum cleaner was too strong.
So, if buying a carpet from carpetright make sure you also have the correct vacuum cleaner. Unbelievable!!
