After an excellent sales process, the company let itself down with its fitters who not only cut my £600 bedroom carpet short, but damaged my joinery and walls and left the carpet grippers sticking dangerously through the carpet. Rather than take ownership, Carpet Right effectively blamed its outsourced fitters, saying that its T&C clearly state that they are liable. Massive flaw in their business model. Hours wasted, a disappointing end product and little financial compensation. In summary, spend the extra £50 and go to John Lewis who actually value the customer experience. Will never use Carpet Right again.
