Was due to have a surveyor come and measure up for a formal quotation, 30 mins after the due time I called customer service to be told for the first time the slot was an hour and they still had time to get to me.
10 mins after the hour slot I get a call from the surveyor, who then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and had the incorrect time for the appointment...I think I know when I booked the appointment to fit in with my availability.
if you can't get the basics right why would I send my money with you. Having read the reviews it seems like I dodged a bullet.
Will send my money where it is appreciated.
