Based on my entire experience dealing with carpetright : Do NOT buy here !!!
Cut a very long story short:
purchasing (we had countless quotes)
customer service (we were lied to)
fitting service (vinyl and carpet has to be re-done)
and even the complaints department deserves a complaint.
worst company I have ever dealt with !!!
