Terrible time dealing with Carpetright Rugby they fitted my whole new house with carpets and the fitters marked numerous walls with foot prints,
the living room carpet was damaged with a fault line from one side to the other, after hours of calling the branch they never answered the calls so I had to travel 15miles to the branch to see the manager, I then waited 2.5 weeks for replacement carpet that also looked to be second hand or a second.
terrible service avoid this branch at all costs!!!
