Review update:
Waited over 2 weeks now for a refund which Carpetright confirmed on 07.04.22. They say they have people on the sick. Is all they have to do is press a button. Other companies have people on the sick, but they carry on operating ok. Looking at the reviews, they seem to hang onto peoples money for as long as they can. Very bad customers service. Disgusting company.
