I've spent three months trying to obtain a refund for an unused box of flooring. I've visited the store twice and still nothing. No one can help, they haven't even picked up the phone in the store for two weeks. I spoke to the manager who said he would call me back, that was in March.
It's really terrible service, they don't even have any kind of escalation process to speak to a manager when you call the service center. This is pretty much the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
