Carpet had fault and store manager denied it, fitter returned and agreed there was a problem, store manager showed a complete lack of care.
Told conflicting information about the wear on my stairs carpet.
Waited in twice for the fitter to return to remove rubbish he left under the bedroom carpet, no calls and nobody turned up.
Store manager is patronising, unsympathetic and useless!!!
I would never ever ever buy from carpet right again, especially the Cambridge store.
