I had to give 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.
Floors installed without or an inadequate sub-floor. All floors to be ripped up and re-laid properly by others including removal of skirtings and decorative repair and furniture removed into storage. Carpetright denied responsibility for two years until finally accepting liability after independent survey. Still fighting for cost of repair and disruption. NEVER let this company near your property. They don't care and worse will lie to avoid taking responsibility for their failings and shortcomings.
