Bristol store was appalling. Was promised a date and time for visit and had to sit in to wait for them, only to get a call that a road was blocked off because of the police. I went down to that very same road and low and behold: No police.
Even if there was, there was 2 - 3 other roads to get to my house. They then drove back to their HQ to drop off my carpet, then came back into the same area for another job. Absolutely pathetic.
