Total lack of communication from the store regarding fitting. Date changed without letting us know. Store claimed to have left a message, despite no message on BT Answer or 2 mobile numbers. Charged £29.99 for delivery of product, despite the product being in-store already, as it was returned stock from a cancelled order. Despite all this, fitters were fantastic.
