Customerservices are ridiculous.
I have sent 2 emails tohead office and have not received a reply from you which is unacceptable.
I have had the wrong underlay delivered and we had to go to store and collect the correct one. My carpet wad measured wrong by the shop and I have waited in 3 times and no one has shown up.
