Carpetright Horsham.
Ordered in May with 4 week delivery. 10 weeks later the goods had still not arrived. No communication from them during this period - I had to go to them to find out what was going on.
45 minutes to get a refund (eventually) with still no explanation or apology.
An appalling company that doesn't go anywhere near their 'customer promise'
