Had a call 6th July to say flooring was in with a fitting date for today 17th Aug all ok- took the day off cleared the hall where it was to be laid cleaned and all ready. Fitter brought all the goods in - i got him a parking voucher all good. He comments that some of the boxes were open and discovers some of the flooring is damaged- no more in shop need to reorder and re-arrange- he says upon leaving carpetright pay him for this am- i call and ask for any compensation for the inconvenience as why wasn't the quality checked out before dispatching- there is no policy for compensation they tell me. Most disappointing and they deserve to fold
