Not as much in store but the fitters were very disrespectful to me and my wife.
The guy measuring gave instructions and quote and that was different to the guys fitting
They kept talking on a very patronising tone and the fitting itself is 90% very good. 10% rubbish. The carpet it's nice (nothing against the product)
