(Dublin, Ireland) Appalling service!
Ordered carpet (in stock) and laminate and was assured that laminate would arrive 2 weeks later for the fitting date - it didn’t. I said at the time I’d pick another one if that particular one was going to be delayed. Customer service is nonexistent. When fitting was finally rearranged it was clear that they had ordered far in excess of what was required in terms of carpet. Even the fitter couldn’t understand. I will not be returning ever again.
