Went to store in Swindon. Bought Sleepezzeeee bed for £1100, told it would need time to settle after delivery. The bed arrived and is so hard even after three weeks I cant even sleep on it without waking in excruciating pain. Are they interested NO. Are Sleepezee Interested NO. Neither of them give a damn. The staff rattle of their much practised 'shut the purchaser down' speech. They don't care about the customer, the product or even the company they work for. Absolutely shocking company where the customer is never right. Avoid them like the plague, they don't deserve your money. Spend it with a company that respects it's customers and values the customer relationship. They should trade under the name ripoffisus! But that is just my personal opinion...... And one star if far too generous.
