Ordered carpet 7th October. Carpet Right Cancelled the order 4 days before fitting due to our carpet not being in stock. We 're ordered another carpet. To be fitted 28th November. 2 hours before fitting we got a call to say the carpet is damaged.
Now have to wait for them to re-order the carpet. So hopefully we might get it by 2019.
Would never use carpet right again. Absolutely useless.
