cowboy carpet fitters had to be called back twice as all carpets lifting at the edges of rooms. They told me they used grippers that are meant to go on stairs. Really stressful experience as unable to move furniture back in the rooms while waiting for problem to be rectified. Rude fitters clearly annoyed with me for making them come back to finish a job they didn't do properly in the first place. The second time the rang me the morning they were due to come and asked me what the problem was, someone else turned up to finish their job properly which quite frankly was a relief.
