Terrible customer service! It took almost 10 weeks to get the carpet fittet. Had to rebook the fitters three times as carpet was damaged no one realised, the fitters didn’t get any information from Carpetright so they overbooked them, the size was wrong again. Wrote a complain and response was “we apologise for the inconvenience we caused”
Sorry but it’s not enough!
Not recommended stay away, if anything goes wrong they don’t do any compensation as part of Carpetright policy. So be prepared to get a sorry if you luck!
