The carpet is nice but badly laid. The fitter turned up with the carpet in his car because his van was broken. The carpet was cut too short in places and coming away at the carpet grippers.
On complaining about the above the store manager (Norwich) was patronising and tried to blame us.
Just not very professional. Staff on all occasions did the minimum and nothing more.
