I paid the Rayleigh branch £800.00 August 2019 Booked for it to be fitted 23 September The day it was due to be fitted I was contacted that day my carpet was not in stock
This means like many other reviews I have read you are living in an empty room I had arranged for my new furniture to be delivered the day after the carpet was fitted Did not happen obviously
At the age of 80 I feel that the service we are given by these giant stores is totally inadequate and no one gives a dam as long as the share holders are ok
