Would give 0 stars if I could.
We have been waiting for our mattress for 4 weeks, they do not message us until the day it's due to arrive to say it's been delayed (happened 3 times).
Today due to deliver but they gave our mattress to a previous delivery address!!!! so have to wait for them to go back and exchange.
Never dealt with such an incompetent company, would NEVER shop again with them
