Sick of the amount of time and money lost for time off work, for the days booked in for them to come and fit a carpet, that they NEVER turn up for.
No phone calls from the store NOTHING !!!
Have now got to wait 7 to 10 days for my refund, appalling service.
I run a Bedroom fitting service, and will make sure ALL my customers know how Rubbish they are from this day on !!!! Will never use again.
