Miss sold a carpet not fit for purpose. Installed in our living room after guidance from point of sale and advisor that the carpet was for living room use.
Carpet worn out in 10 months Shameful customer service and claim rejected after local rep took two photographs and looked at carpet for no more that 2. Minutes even advising he had not seen such wear. Fobbed off by head office emails ignored by senior staff absolutely disgusting service awful product
