Checked in store that price ONLY cost of bathroom floor vinyl plus fitting charge of £43. Written quotation to same effect.
Lots of 'free delivery', 'free fitting' added onto bill - and then taken off again - to confuse/impress?
In the end job too small to qualify for 'free fitting' which we weren't getting anyway (we were being charged £43) and although mistake was the store's, they refused to honour the quote.
