Three month’s after paying for and ordering a carpet we were told two days before the fitting date that they were out of stock. We had already had the room decorated, furniture removed and old carpet stripped out in preparation.
Now we have an unusable bedroom for three weeks over Christmas before our new carpet can hopefully be fitted.
This is the second occasion that Carpetright have done this. They demand full payment well in advance of fitting and as it transpires, Carpetright ordering the carpet.
I’ll never use this company again.
