Financial Ombudsman now involved!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Complaint with a store ongoing since November 2019, then escalated to their complaints department and have not replied to me since my formal complaint logged in February? Clearly do not follow formal complaint procedures either.
Fitter has stolen my house keys and had to have a locksmith change the keys.
Poor products but by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
