Carrefour service is not good at all. Delivery always delayed and then they cancel orders and don’t refund the delivery charges because they say the order is on the way. None of it makes sense. Don’t bother with them. Then when you contact customer service they keep repeating the same thing that doesn’t make sense. Feels like talking to AI not an agent.
