“We bought an LG fridge from Carrefour Mall of the Emirates, and the model specifications we saw that made us purchase the fridge is not what was delivered. Plus the fridge looked like it had been used and repacked. After calls and follow-ups, nothing has been done so far. It's now 3 weeks, and the customer service is the worst ever! “I ordered a cooker from Carrefour on 1 January. After a delayed delivery due to warehouse damage, it finally arrived on 16 January - missing the essential power cable, making it completely unusable.
Over three weeks later, after speaking to six different consultants and receiving nothing but broken promises, Carrefour’s final response was that I should buy the missing part myself.
Unacceptable service, poor communication and zero accountability. A household left unable to cook because Carrefour failed to deliver a complete product.

“The worst online platform. I am purchasing online items from a variety of platforms in UAE but this one has been the worst. I purchased an item on offer a glucometer with 50 strips and 100 lancets and paid for it but after 2 days I received a glucometer with only lancets which was of 99 only. “I purchased my laptop from Carrefour knowing they are very reputable and professional company. I requested return for my product two weeks ago but still not has been collected even after repeatedly calling them about my return status. “I recently had a very disappointing experience with Carrefour’s online team. I purchased a TCL television from their website, sold directly by Carrefour, and the product comes with a wall bracket.
In most reputable hypermarkets, customers receive proper service, especially for items like televisions that require careful handling and installation guidance. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Carrefour. The delivery person was not only unhelpful but also behaved rudely toward my wife, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
This experience has left us extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend Carrefour’s online service based on what we encountered. I strongly urge Carrefour Hypermarket management to take immediate action regarding their delivery team and to ensure that customers receive the level of service promised. If this issue is not addressed properly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through a formal complaint.”

“Today I had an experience. I visited your outlet in Madina Mall, Qusais, with my family to purchase a newborn baby’s dress. When we went to the dress section, there was no staff available. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to come. After that, I went to the customer service counter and requested them to send a staff member to the baby dress section. They sent someone who had no knowledge at all about that section.
I then asked to speak with the duty manager, and they told me the duty manager would come shortly. But no one came. When I asked for the duty manager’s contact number at the customer service counter, they said they could not provide it. Later, a Malayali staff member passed by and asked me what the issue was. When I explained, he told me that there were no newborn baby dresses there and suggested I go to another shop.
I told him this was not our first time shopping at Carrefour — we had purchased newborn baby dresses from there before. On hearing this, he challenged me to show him the newborn baby dresses from that section. I took some time, but I managed to show him exactly where the newborn baby dresses were located. After seeing this, he muttered something under his breath and went back into your store.
My question is: Why does such a large Carrefour outlet in Madina Mall operate without having enough staff? The staff there do not have any product knowledge, and they are diverting customers to other shops. Please, do not waste customers’ time. Assign enough staff to the sections, and it would be better if those staff members have proper product knowledge.”
