“I recently had a very disappointing experience with Carrefour’s online team. I purchased a TCL television from their website, sold directly by Carrefour, and the product comes with a wall bracket.
In most reputable hypermarkets, customers receive proper service, especially for items like televisions that require careful handling and installation guidance. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Carrefour. The delivery person was not only unhelpful but also behaved rudely toward my wife, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
This experience has left us extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend Carrefour’s online service based on what we encountered. I strongly urge Carrefour Hypermarket management to take immediate action regarding their delivery team and to ensure that customers receive the level of service promised. If this issue is not addressed properly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through a formal complaint.”

“Today I had an experience. I visited your outlet in Madina Mall, Qusais, with my family to purchase a newborn baby’s dress. When we went to the dress section, there was no staff available. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to come. After that, I went to the customer service counter and requested them to send a staff member to the baby dress section. They sent someone who had no knowledge at all about that section.
I then asked to speak with the duty manager, and they told me the duty manager would come shortly. But no one came. When I asked for the duty manager’s contact number at the customer service counter, they said they could not provide it. Later, a Malayali staff member passed by and asked me what the issue was. When I explained, he told me that there were no newborn baby dresses there and suggested I go to another shop.
I told him this was not our first time shopping at Carrefour — we had purchased newborn baby dresses from there before. On hearing this, he challenged me to show him the newborn baby dresses from that section. I took some time, but I managed to show him exactly where the newborn baby dresses were located. After seeing this, he muttered something under his breath and went back into your store.
My question is: Why does such a large Carrefour outlet in Madina Mall operate without having enough staff? The staff there do not have any product knowledge, and they are diverting customers to other shops. Please, do not waste customers’ time. Assign enough staff to the sections, and it would be better if those staff members have proper product knowledge.”

I would like to raise a complaint regarding your delivery staff for order number 784020009942613 (delivery guy contact number: 0565119623).
The delivery address provided was very clear. When he called for confirmation, I shared a location map/screenshot and gave clear instructions. Despite this, he kept insisting the location was too long, repeatedly saying he was in the parking and could not park.
Afterwards, he began shouting and using not good words, even suggesting that I cancel the order. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I would rate his service 0/5.”
“I ordered through the application for now delivery, then after making the payment I received 2 invoice, surprisingly it came with 2 shipments:one shipment with my orders including 1 box of gloves , and another shipment for 10 boxes of gloves!!!! I immediately called customer service to cancel that shipment, they told me they cannot it should be only through application.. I checked the application I cannot cancel it , and even it is out of stock!!!but all remaining order i can cancel.. I called customer service again informed them to find a solution, they told me it is a 3rd party , anther seller!!!! I contacted customer service, but they said that I had to report my problem within 24 hours because it is a product that quickly expires! But it has a 10-month expiration date! “If I would be able to give 0 stars, i would! I ordered a dishwasher online, among 5 other kitchen appliances including fridge, washing machine, stove top, oven and hood! The dishwasher picture shown as silver and every other specs published / model all correct. But somewhere in the description they mention "white" as in the color is actually white , not silver like shown in the picture. They delivered it and because I was waiting for the kitchen furniture I didn't open it until I was ready with the overall renovation. Now I asked for a return or replacement and they're saying 1. no because it's more than 7 days after delivery (it's 10 days btw) and 2. you opened the package! HOW WOULD I know that it was a different color if i hadn't open the package?! Proper false marketing and horrible customer service and policies ! Unbelievable !!!”
“The worst experience ever with Electrolux, I bought this cooker and from day 1 the oven started making loud noise when turning on the upper fire. I contacted them and even shared the video. They send a person to inspect and he did not even to bother to open the upper fire of the oven and submitted a report that everything is working fine. I am really scared to use the oven and wanted to return the cooker and asked for refund. They are not cooperating and ignoring my request. I bought from carrefour and neither them or the Electrolux are answering. It has been a horrible time for me since I bought and not able to use the oven specifically during Ramadan time. I simply bought a product and I am not satisfied with it and need my money back. Even the cooker box still in my house. I need prompt action. I would have added the video here but they are only allowing photos. A prompt action is required.”

The receipt attached to the bag is under my name and the items listed are the correct items I ordered but inside the bag, all the items are NOT the same as what I have ordered. I did complain few months ago about their service but I did not receive any update. I thought they will improve. Instead, their service became REALLY POOR! “We bought a candy washing machine with dryer from carrefour. After 1 and 1/2 year the machine stopped it's function. Tried contacting the customer care team to attend the issue , very bad and poor service . No attention to the complaint raised even after a week.
