We bought a candy washing machine with dryer from carrefour. After 1 and 1/2 year the machine stopped it's function. Tried contacting the customer care team to attend the issue , very bad and poor service . No attention to the complaint raised even after a week. We had to face so much difficulty as it is winter season. I do not recommend buying this brand and neither purchasing an extended warranty from Carrefour.
