Over the last few weeks I've had more than one experience of being charged the wrong price at the cash register (higher price of course), the last of which was last nigjt. I discovered the error after I got home, so I went back to the store to correct the error and get a refund. After waiting for what seemed to be an eternity, a manager came and asked what the issue was. I explained, and she treated me like a criminal. They were short on staff, so she became a cashier and helped three other people pay until I complained. She gave me a refund without saying a single word of apology! When I asked her if she realized her system had the wrong price, she started to say "no that is the updated price," obviously without doing any investigation. I just left because it wasn't worth my time to argue with her.
