Hi, I would like to raise a complaint regarding your delivery staff for order number 784020009942613 (delivery guy contact number: 0565119623). The delivery address provided was very clear. When he called for confirmation, I shared a location map/screenshot and gave clear instructions. Despite this, he kept insisting the location was too long, repeatedly saying he was in the parking and could not park. Afterwards, he began shouting and using not good words, even suggesting that I cancel the order. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would rate his service 0/5.
