We had to amend our travel plans and the booking was easily switched to another weekend . The agent in Jersey was very pleasant especially as our flight was delayed by 2 hours and I had my bag damaged which lead to a late pick up. They also let me park at their depot to watch a rugby match the next day nearly. Nothing was too much trouble .
