Great website and easy to use. Unfortunately, had to cancel booking as my new credit card pin hadn't arrived before travel. Cancelling the booking was straightforward. Will definitely use again.
Just one request - at start of booking process, state clearly that only credit card payment accepted at the rental location. Might save some hassle of having to rely on public transport on holiday.
