All mainly good but the process of picking the car up is too painful. There seems to be too much paperwork being done by the staff on the desks - surely this could all be sorted before. You have all the details from the booking form - why is it not just a case of proving your identity and picking up a set of keys with full instructions on how to find the car. It should take no more than a minute but I waited 30 minutes in a queue of about 6 people with 3 desks being manned. This process is begging for improvement which would keep customers happier and save a load of labour
