Totally ripped off. Rentalcars.com apparently didn't forward the money I paid to them to Europcar for my car rental, so I had to pay again at pick up. The Pre-paid voucher, which appears oh so very simple to use, was not honoured. A very expensive mistake. I will not use Renatlcars.com again!
