It was easy to book and pay for the car. It was equally easy to sort out insurance. I am a bit disconcerted, though, that they want not only my driver's licence and my passport (both reasonable) but also a bank statement for the card I use and a utility bill dated within 8 weeks and in hard copy. I don't get any bills in hard copy and haven't decided which card to use! Not absolutely happy about that
