I've contacted you twice with feedback about carhire at Easirent, Heathrow, and you have not replied. I was extremely dissatisfied with Easirent and very disappointed with CarrentalsUK, which I have used for years, but will never use again, initially because of the Easirent experience, and now secondly, because no-one has shown the courtesy to reply to my feedback.
